What is delivered
Kapaweb provides a digital service. There is no physical shipment: when your payment is confirmed, your online store is created and your login details are emailed to you.
When it is delivered
Store creation is automatic and normally completes within a few minutes of a successful payment. If you have not received your login details within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Deliveries to your own customers
If you sell physical goods through your store, deliveries to your shoppers are arranged and fulfilled by you, under your own delivery terms and timelines. Those terms are published on your own store, not here.
