What we provide

We provide a hosted online store service. When you buy a plan, we create an online store for your business and give you an account to manage it — your products, orders, customers, payments and delivery.

Your store is provided for the term of the plan you bought. At the end of that term the plan must be renewed for the store to stay reachable by shoppers. Your data is not deleted when a plan lapses.

Your responsibilities

• •You are responsible for what you sell and for the accuracy of your listings, prices and delivery promises.
• •You must not use the service for anything unlawful, or to sell goods or services you are not permitted to sell.
• •You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, and for everything done through your account.
• •You are responsible for your own tax obligations, including GST where it applies to you.

Payments

Plan fees are payable in advance for the term you select. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change for future terms; a change never affects a term you have already paid for.

Suspension

We may suspend or withdraw a store that is used unlawfully, that puts the platform at risk, or where a plan has not been renewed. Where we can, we will contact you first.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the plan fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
